Yet another hill for Dems to die on.
To: ProtectOurFreedom
It’s not “Lift Up And Sing”.
They’ll see each other in court.
To: ProtectOurFreedom
Dems might as well start flying the ISIS flag and the MS 13 logo as well. We know where they stand.
To: ProtectOurFreedom
What a total head fake.
Any excuse wii do.
It’s not that the law in question doesn’t define which flags are allowable, It’s that it does not properly define punishment.
So these JackAsses know it is aga8nst the law.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is opinion or satire. Or both.)

"I have discovered that this new state code fails to tell me what the required penalties would be for this unlawful behavior," Clifford wrote.Make it the death penalty, then.

Boise used to be Conservative. Locusts from Oregon and California ruined it.

A Canard heard daily in Idaho.
That Californians moving to Idaho has moved it to the Left, except, that every election the results show Idaho becoming more Red and the GOP organizations at the state and county level are more and more conservative.
I am one of those Californians who moved to Idaho, and I believe that most, like 90%, Californians are more conservative than a lot of Idahoans.

My remark was directed toward Boise. While Idaho is basically red, Boise is purple at best. If Boise is so conservative, why would the pride flag be flying, especially in opposition to state law?

Better yet. Arrest and lock up the Mayor then tell her you’ll let her go once the state legislature figures out what the penalties are 🙂

That statement about “not knowing the penalty” makes me mad. Who cares if it’s life in prison or writing “I will not fly the Pride flag over City Hall” 100 times on the blackboard? He’s fishing. He’s saying “If it’s a small penalty, I’ll ignore the law. If it’s a big penalty, maybe I’ll follow the new law.”

Correct. The state has available the registration data of new residents. The new residents are overwhelmingly registering as Republicans, in far greater percentages than the earlier Idahoans.

Not all Californians in Idaho are Califoricators (a term dating back at least to my college days in the ‘70s). But enough are to give the good guys a bad rep.
Californicators by the way are Californian ex pats that move to Idaho to escape the high taxes, insane government, bad air and high crime. Then they turn around and try to get our government to fund the amenities they've grown used to, thus driving up taxes for the rest of us, imposing or attempting to impose their will on things like dairy farms, too stinky, farmers working their fields, too noisy and dusty, wanting to limit hunting, “Bambi Killers” and of course evil firearms. In short trying to turn us into what they fled. If you recognize yourself in the above, you're probably a Califoricator. If you don't welcome to the Gem State.
