Moaning federal workers make disgusting discoveries as they return to office after Trump ended WFH

Thousands of federal employees who were forced to return to their offices in recent weeks have made some disgusting discoveries - including a lack of toilet paper and rodents.

Donald Trump promptly ended work from home options for federal workers upon taking office, saying anyone who does not 'show up to the office on time and on schedule' will be fired.

Ever since, federal employees across the country have found themselves in cramped offices where they have been forced to clean toilets and take out the trash, according to the New York Times.

One Bureau of Land Management employee even detailed to NPR how 'we have to go to the agency head to ask if we can buy toilet paper' because the government-issued pay cards they used to use have been capped at $1 under Trump's spending freeze.

Together, the unidentified employees have said the Trump administration's efforts to bring back federal workers has been marred by a lack of planning and coordination, leading to confusion and even more inefficiency.

At times, the federal workers are even forced to share office space with people from other agencies - creating chaos as they all try to video conference at different times.

Some have said they were not even fortunate enough to get a desk at the offices, with shortages of anywhere to 80 to 100 desks, according to a Federal News Network survey.

The lack of space has left some working out of conference rooms, cafeterias, hallways and even storage closets.

Of course this is in a blue city where rodent control and toilet paper are considered extravagant

Who was cleaning their toilets and taking out the garbage at home?

This isn’t Trump. It’s the useless DEI and COVID bureaucrats that were hired during the reign of the Bident pupetmasters. Trump needs to keep firing people until the toilets start working again. It will be a race. Can we get positive flow before we get a closed agency?

They have to keep their office spaces clean anyway. I mean sure it might be a harder job now if those places havent been occupied in awhile, but ok, its a rarity to deal with. Further they have office managers and they should have anticipated getting toilet paper and such to come back in to work.

This is adult life. Take the initiative. Someone who does this in this crowd, will get noticed for leadership.

They can’t bring their own sh*t paper? What do they use at home when they are working for the Feds? Most of them have friends that are RATS. What’s the problem? What a bunch of crybaby whiners.

leave it to the feckless press just can’t help but sound like pansies and have to make mountains out of molehills- We didn’t have a president FOR 4 YEARS AND THE PRESS WAS SILENT!

Pres Trump demands that people DO THEIR JOBS, and they fall all to pieces? Not Sorry! “Have to share an office’ oh boo hoo! it’ll get worked out! They all worked in office buildings before they got lazy and stopped going in to work- they can do so again!

“Trump administration’s efforts to bring back federal workers has been marred by a lack of planning and coordination”

So the agencies themselves never had a plan for people to return to work? They were just assuming that WFH was going to be indefinite? It wasn’t Trump’s or DOGE’s job to maintain the office space and plan for return to work. This just shows that many/most Fed agencies have poor leadership and no vision.

I was a federal contractor for +33 years in the major maritime simulator facility for the CG. The 3 of us contractors did 100% of all janitorial and sanitary duties in addition to the maintenance and training. It’s called work.

Excess office space (waste of money on rent) was also a DOGE-detected issue.

Seems to me like a lack of rodents would be a good thing.

The Daily Mail has become VERY anti-Trump.
Most of their stories are just trash about celebrities.
They also don’t proofread their articles.
Their punctuation is horrid and they even leave out words.

No way. The lying propaganda is breathtaking - but not unexpected.
