Ignore. OR... require Maine applies the same standards to the Somali jihadists they imported. All of none.

That is my question also. Why are they hiding it?

What judge? Where? Who?
Too bad we can't count on Roberts and Barrett.
With any luck one of the supreme "D" Weird Sisters will suffer a grave medical "event".

JOHN A. WOODCOCK, JR., UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE (District of Maine)
He and his clerks cranked out a SEVENTY PAGE Temporary Restraining Order in jig time. You can peruse the TRO at the following link:

Thanks
This sort of nonsense is going to keep happening until we can start abolishing the departments that hand out free santa claus money.
If Maine wants to do these sickening things, well, I guess that is their call. I don't like it, but.... But the rest of us out here in sane America shouldn't be the ones footing the bill. Let them pay for it. That's the insulting part of the whole situation, they want this thing so so badly but no they don't want to be the ones to actually pay for it.
They want to have it both ways by getting it for free off someone else's dime.

Maine can get the money by abiding by the title IX ruling. It’s their choice.

Actually, I’m a connoisseur when it comes to Woodcock hunting. It’s a tasty game bird rival to a Bobwhite Quail.

On what grounds?!
I’m old enough to recall when the President used the national guard to force colored people into whites only schools.
Don’t recall any judges issuing orders to block that...

The democrats may have raised a technical objection under the Administrative Procedure Act. The (APA) is a federal law that governs how federal agencies make rules, adjudicate legal matters, and interact with the public.
Even if Trump’s people failed to mind their legal Ps & Qs (and there’s no excuse for that, some leagle beagle deserves a trip to the wood shed), Maine is getting its funds cut off for violating Title IX, as rectified by president Trump.
It’s scheisser stuff that wasn’t raised when Joe’s handlers changed it four years ago. I have spoken.
