The hunt resumes for waste, fraud and evil is back on track.
No court can block the executive branch from doing anything. Not no way. Not no how.
This is a good break, BUT the court should have ruled the judiciary has no jurisdiction in this matter.
Day before yesterday: “DOGE cannot do this.”
Yesterday: “Yes, DOGE can do this.”
Today: “No, DOGE cannot do this.”
Tomorrow: “Oh yes DOGE most certainly CAN do this.”
Next week: “Fuggedaboutit...DOGE CANNOT do this.”
Two weeks: “Oh yeah? DOGE CAN do this. Whatcha gunna do ‘bout it?”
Good news more billions to pay the debt.
The lamp posts in D.C. should be littered with bodies hanging from every one of them.
The skunks who allowed, or profited from all the grift & waste failed at their jobs, and should pay for their malfeasance.
Until then, they’re not afraid to do it all over again.
Barrack Hussein Obama himself created the United States Digital Service to rectify the Obamacare website debacle, and it was granted full access to all federal data systems.
Trump/Musk just repurposed it without changing a thing.
That's the ruse. The issue isn't accessing Americans' private data,
it's being able to access illegal alien's private data that is so worrisome.
I wouldn't go that far because I don't know how far it goes, but I would say that no court can interfere with "reasonable" efforts [in the legal sense of for valid reasons] of the President to execute his duties as chief executive and to take care that the laws be executed.
A March 24 preliminary injunction imposed by Deborah Boardman of the District of Maryland was stayed by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a 2-1 vote, while the government pursues its appeal.
The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals separately voted 8-7 against an “en banc” hearing on the matter.
Trump judge Julius Richardson and Dubya judge G. Steven Agee were in the majority.
Fourth circuit stooge Robert King, an AutoPen Joe appointee, was the dissenting vote.
Surprise, surprise, surprise.
The lamp posts in the vicinity of the Capitol are vertical poles without horizontal arms from which one can suspend a rope. That is not by accident.
All seven of the stooges who wanted the full court to take the case were appointed by Democrats.
“the Appeals Courts Judges and SCOTUS Justices reversing the Circuit Courts Judges are violating the rule of law and the Constitution “ in 3, 2, . . .
IF YOU ALL THINK MUSK IS ACCESSING PRIVATE DATA:
THINK ABOUT THIS:
EVERY YEAR MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WALK INTO WAL MART OR SIMILAR< ENTER AN OPEN CUBICLE AND TELL A TOTAL STRANGER PRIVATE INFORMATION SO THAT PERSON CAN “PREPARE” THEIR TAX RETURN.
SAME FOR ONLINE SERVICES THAT SO THE SAME SERVICE.
MUSK & HIS WIZARDS HAVE NO NEED FOR YOUR SS NUMBER OR OTHER INFORMATION.
THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND ALL THE EMBEZZLEMENT
“Private data” my Lithuanian Jewish honey.
My bank has this information and so does landlord. I don’t see any of these idiots complaining about that.
“Private data” my Lithuanian Jewish hindquarters.
My bank has this information and so does my landlord. I don’t see any of these idiots complaining about that.
The Executive branch can do what it wants with executive agencies.
Seems the SC haven’t read the Constitution.
Lafayette park has plenty of trees
Here is another article as well:
“Appeals Court allows DOGE to access sensitive information from multiple federal agencies”
“Afederal Appeals court on Monday reinstated the Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) access to sensitive information housed by government agencies.
The American Federation of Teachers has accused the Trump administration of violating federal privacy laws by giving DOGE access to systems with personal information on millions of Americans without the Americans’ consent.”
