BREAKING: Appeals Court Halts Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s Order Blocking the Dismantling of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

A federal appeals court halted a federal judge’s order to reinstate fired Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) workers.

In February, Elon Musk’s DOGE team entered the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau headquarters – and staffers were “mad as hell.”

Earlier this year President Trump began cleaning house after he fired Rohit Chopra, the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Rohit Chopra was a toxic Biden holdover who previously threatened banks that refused to give credit lines and loans to illegal aliens.

Last week US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson barred the Trump Administration from firing CFPB workers without cause.

“Defendants shall not terminate any CFPB employee, except for cause related to the individual employee’s performance or conduct; and defendants shall not issue any notice of reduction-in-force to any CFPB employee,” Judge Jackson wrote.

Judge Jackson’s order came on the same day that the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled President Trump can fire members of the executive branch in a separate case related to Labor and Merit board members.

The Trump DOJ appealed Judge Jackson’s order and the DC Circuit Court of Appeals gave Trump a (small) win on Thursday.

The three-judge panel: Pillard (Obama), Katsas (Trump) and Rao (Trump) granted the Trump DOJ an administrative stay on Judge Jackson’s injunction to give the court more time to consider the motion for stay pending appeal.

Thursday’s decision from the DC Circuit Court judges was not a ruling on the merits of the motion.

Stay tuned!

“In 2017, President Donald Trump nominated Chopra to fill the open Democratic seat on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).”

WTF was he thinking?

Excellent! Now, the Appeals Court needs to overturn the other corrupt judges’ opinions.

There was an article the other day that explained how ALL the district courts injunctions that are intended to have a national affect, are not just theoretically wrong - by trying to reach beyond the constituent district of the court, but have all been wrong on simple legal grounds - they have not imposed bonds on those who sought the injunctions (against the courts costs if they lose); and the imposition of such bonds IS REQUIRED BY LAW, and the activist judges have been ignoring the law for many years. The law goes further, suggesting without the imposition of yhose bonds on the requesting litigant, the injunction has no force in law.

For that reason, some of the activst judges have been imposing TROs (temprorary restraining orders) instead of injunctions. Unlike the injunctions, the TRO is really more a “delay in the process” with the end of the delay left to judge to say - meaing it ties things up without a formal injunction. Many of the activist judges want exactly that and no more - just to tie things up for Trump for as long as they can.

How do you grant a temporary administrative stay on a permanent action?

Just asking for a friend.

The defensive barricade put up by these mini judges is being taken down, one piece at a time. And as the higher court reverses each ruling, that case becomes precedent for others.

Still we need Congress to place turf limits on the rulings of these mini judges.

How come these judges are never held to task for their overturned rulings? They suffer no consequences for mistakes (trying to be nice).

"How come these judges are never held to task for their overturned rulings? They suffer no consequences for mistakes."

The same reason Judges, D.A.'s, and Attorney Generals aren't held to task when they release repeat violent offenders back out on the street so they can murder and maim again within hours. There is no accountability for any of these people, and I doubt any of them lose a night's sleep over it either.

Hat tip to The three-judge panel.
