Revamp the judiciary!
No judge is empowered to seek out his own pet cases. He is to judge cases brought before him.
In left-think, this is a solution. At least the government can know where these unaccompanied minors are located by legal representation. Unless that is they are not being individually represented and it’s just another money laundering mechanism to enrich the lawyers in the industry.

Unless they have committed a crime, why would they be going before a court>
If they have committed a crime any legal aid should be provided by state or local public defenders.

I believe immigration has their own judges who merely decide if the person is eligible for deportation.
Most defense attorneys are Democrats
They should be willing to work pro-bono
let the judges that feel so strongly pay for it and also re locate the invaders to thier neighborhoods and front lawns
We need to get rid of these foreign judges. They will always side with foreigners over Americans, no matter how illegal or unconstitutional their actions are.

BAN THAT JUDGE FROM USING ALL U.S. GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, PROPERTIES, FORMS OF COMMUNICATIONS, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.
Federal judges - except for the USSC - use federal facilities and communications that are on the Executive Branch foundation.
(The USSC building, and its immediately adjacent property “to the curb” are on the Judicial Branch foundation.)
Federal judges are NOT the management of Executive Branch operations.
The Executive Branch - as a courtesy and with some deference - “respects” the LAWFUL Judicial Branch functions that occur on the Executive Branch foundation.
But the federal judges DO NOT have any Constitutional right to operate there, on the Executive Branch foundation.
NOBODY has an obligation to obey any law, any order, that is un-Constitutional.
Extra-Constitutional is also un-Constitutional.
“Legal” is not necessarily “Lawful.”
Follow the lawful; be aware of the foundations.
