As I posted a couple days ago, the Houthis have fired ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as drones on several US flagged commercial ships, including:

Maersk Chesapeake
Maersk Detroit
Torm Thor
Maersk Yorktown
Maersk Sentosa
Maersk Hartford
Maersk Seletar
Liberty Grace
Maersk Saratoga
Stena Impeccable

Those are just the US flagged ships. Many others have US ownership, equity or cargo. In many cases, drones/missiles were shot down when the target ship wasn’t known.

In most cases, the missiles or drones were intercepted by US Navy ships, while in others “anti-ship ballistic missiles” missed and just splashed down near the ships.

They have also launched missiles and drones at US Navy ships:

USS Laboon
USS Mason
USS Carney
USS Cole
USS Abraham Lincoln
USS Stockdale
USS Spruance
USS O’Kane

There may be others, as CENTCOM doesn’t always name the ships that are targeted.

Trump was clear, “Stop shooting at U.S. ships, and we will stop shooting at you.” This actually gives the Houthis an easy off-ramp: Agree to leave US flagged ships alone and they can continue to target nom-US ships without getting bombed. Europe doesn’t have the forces to protect their own shipping.

The Houthi jihadis have been attacking shipping in the key Red Sea passage, damaging trade for America, Israel, and other nations, since before Trump took office. But now Trump, unlike Joe Biden, is tired of Islamic terrorists pushing America around. So the president just warned the Houthis and their Iranian sponsors: “the real pain is yet to come.”
