Russia launched no long-range strike drones into Ukraine on Monday night and into Tuesday morning, Ukraine's air force said, marking the first night since December 2024 in which zero such craft targeted the country.

Ukraine's air force reported two missiles launched into the southern Zaporizhzhia region, both of which were shot down. The air force sent out no drone warnings during the night.

The air force also said that Russia attacked frontline communities in Zaporizhzhia with five guided bombs on Monday evening, killing one person and injuring five others.

The absence of attack drones represented a notable departure from recent weeks

Hooray!!! They ran out of ammo and are about to collapse. One last push and Putin falls.

I have only one question is Zelensky trying to wiggle out of this deal because he wants to wiggle out, or is he just doing what the US military command it Ukraine is telling him to do. $36T in debt the global war grifters and their Zeeper cheerleaders brought us along with the open borders inhumanity bringing along its own grifting.

I hear this 36 trillion and open border argument all the time.
Closing the border has nothing to do with Ukraine, and debt has very little to do with Ukraine, but xiden is not in charge now so you are saying that President Trump and Pete are in on this as well?

You are an immoral ignorant dumbshit. Grift is grift. Its all connected. Grifters getting one kind of grift support grifters getting another kind of grift because that is how corruption works and great nations fall.

And by the way, just what are our biggest strategic threats right now? Answer: threats to freedom of navigation because of Iran/Houthis and threats to our trading partners in the Pacific. That's because we are a maritime nation - thankfully. That means we get to have and need a large navy and maritime defense forces and don't need huge armies. That means you concentrate you avoid the strategic distraction of fighting asian land wars which cause you to build the wrong kinds of forces, so you stop trying to fight wars on the Eurasian Steppe, so you aren't stretched beyond comfortable capabilities in dealing with real threats like the Houthis.

I think we kind of agree. I have heard for years that we shouldn’t be involved in Ukraine, that China was the threat. That sending arms built to fight the Soviets somehow weakened our ability to defend against China and somehow our southern border.

We have thousands of abrams, bradleys, stylers…. All useless against a Chinese invasion. Since we have them and Ukraine has been willing to supply the manpower, send our “scrap” to them, amd build up out navy and strategic forces.

We are also paying Ukraine to use them. How many carrier battle groups and attack and cruise missile subs and long range maratime air attack could we buy with the grift of financing the Ukraine war- and all the other grift you have to spread around to keep people quiet while you get your grift.

NOPE! It consumes executive energy that needs to be focused elsewhere.

So the whole "grift" argument is really bs.

A successful Russia invading and annexing a neighboring countries land is NOT a green light to China regarding Taiwan?

No the grift argument is not BS. We have $36 T in debt and nothing to show for it except the CIA’s legacy of ashes and a western alliance that built a church of fascism on the ruins of post war liberalism.

He does what the international Left wants him to do which at the moment is to join the fight against Trump.

No the grift argument is not BS.

Of course it is. If Ukraine was COMPLETELY without corrupt, you would STILL be against sending weapons. So you're main concern is not really any possible "grift".

Russia's successful invasion and annexation of Ukraine especially if world sanctions are dropped, shows China it has little to fear from any long term consequences by an invasion of Taiwan.

I am not talking about Ukraine’s grift you oblvivious idiot. I am talking about US government grift, of which Ukraine grift is a part.

Got it, so since we have "US government grift", we shouldn't help other countries. Okay

And you engage in the counterfactual fallacy. You are trying to argue about a world where grift is not the defining characteristic of Ukraine in a world where it is.

$36 T in debt and what you Zeepers want is a little more grift for your Nazi friends so we can preserve free fascism in Europe. How about some more Russian collusion conspiracy? It seems right up your ally. Help out my corrupt friends and you are a collusionist Putinista if you won’t because you won’t agree to help them even in a nonexistent world where my friends aren’t corrupt. Go sell your pact with the devil in some other place.
