I’ve recognized manipulation in the past, and I see it now on the Supreme Court

Anyone with common sense can tell when there’s a setup for a big problem, and the Supreme Court keeps setting things up.

...

We have watched the fruition of Obama’s diabolical change unfold for years. College tuitions have soared, causing these loans to become a yoke around the neck of young adults, delinquency has become commonplace, and

...

my perplexity in 2005 when I found myself wondering why G.W. Bush had appointed Roberts, the “new guy,” directly into being Chief Justice of our Supreme Court rather than elevating a more experienced judge to that position. At the time, he seemed like a lightweight compared to Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. I thought he should be learning from them rather than being the chief.

...

We have a Chief Justice who belongs to the same secretive “club” as patently evil Judge Boasberg,

...

I now better understand how he could say that those questioning the 2020 election had no “standing.”

...

Supreme Court allowed the persecution and depraved incarceration of J6 patriots.

...

Roberts. After all, he hasn’t said a peep about the “standing” of criminal alien gang members. Surely, they should have less than zero.

I never cease to be amazed at the destruction the Bush family has wrought upon this nation.

Roberts needs some of his scandals to be brought to light. I strongly suspect that he is a pedophile. He looks like a sexual deviant with dark, dark secrets hidden in the shadows. You really can tell by looking at Roberts that he lives in the shadows.

Well, one reason Bush did that was to have only one hearing instead of two.

I have the sneaking suspicion that papa Bush, the serial a55 grabber, was involved in the JFK assassination and the attempt on Reagan.

Alito came onto the court after John Roberts. The timeline here has issues, if the implication is that Alito was already on the Supreme Court, and that Roberts would learn from a justice who was already there.

I had no idea that the Bush family was close to the family that shot Reagan. That was not public information at the time of the assassination attemp. Notice, the guy is now out of prison.

I heard about the two families knowing each other, not long after he shot Reagan, a fact that I thought quite shocking, but no big name reporters or networks followed up on it. If there was much follow up, I missed reading the articles.

This was pre-internet, so it was rather easy to make a problematic series of questions just ‘disappear’ from the public discussion, simply by not commenting on it.

I greatly fear the SS will rule for the district court judges. Or affirm them by allowing appeals court rulings to stand - as they already have done in the $2 billion case.

POTUS Trump, if the SCOTUS does not rein in these lower courts, will simply have to ignore them. There is nothing those courts can do and the founding fathers certainly did not provide Congress a method to end Executive Power through judicial assignment.

If the people do not like it, they will respond. After all, it is the citizens who really run the country and US citizens are armed.

But apparently now, we are to believe, that Hinckley shot Reagan, to get rid of him, so that GHW Bush would become president.

le Penn and several other populists have been whacked from standing for election by a corrupt judiciary. They tried it on Trump but failed.

This current coup by these district judges is just more of the same - the left seizing/maintaining power by illegal judge power.

Further, once these judges get all power - if they do - people like us on FR will be come for, the same as is happening in Europe for online postings.

Or worried about confirmation. That was back when you could still kill a Supreme Court nominee with a filibuster.

I’m sure he meant Scalia. Imagine if Scalia had overseen FISA instead of Roberts, including selecting the judges.

Scalia was “taken out” so was “Paul Wellstone” maybe not by the same group, but they were both put out.

You mean SCOTUS? Kagan has criticized district judges issuing natiowide injunctions. But she might do a 180.
