Most Americans approve of President Donald Trump's program to deport illegal immigrants, though say he is not focusing enough on lowering prices and too much time on tariffs, according to a new CBS poll released Monday.
The poll, taken March 27-28 among 2,609 adults, found that:
58% approve of the Trump administration's program to deport illegal immigrants in the U.S., compared to 42% who say they disapprove.
...50% approve of the job Trump is doing, and he has high marks on immigration (53-47) and his efforts to cut staff at government agencies (50-50).

This is really the first time a Republican gave anything but mouth service on the border. We never really knew where Americans stood. So far its criminals. Let’s see what happens when an illegal is dragged from the sanctuary of a church.

Agree. It should be as simple as how they got here: load them in trains (at least they get to ride inside, not on top), stop train at the border, then herd them back across into Mexico where they came from.
I expected mass deportation though I suppose Homan & Co. are concentrating on really bad eggs now. And the left is fighting to keep them here.
So when it comes time to deport *mere* illegals ... why is expelling aliens here illegally even a question? Get them out of here!

we also strongly would back DemocRAT deportation orders. After all, why do they devote so much time trying to change us when there are so many countries catering to their silly failing desires - China, Russia, Iran, North Korea to name a few? Let them fail with the best.

I have no problem with them being here legally. But everyone that crossed the border is a criminal and flaunted our laws.
But if they come here, they must come here legally and be self-supporting. So, no Medicaid, welfare, housing or anything like that. Otherwise, you are just subsidizing someone else’s business at the expense of the taxpayer.
