Get rid of DC court and just fire the judges.

Little less talk and a lot more action.

Trump is moving at ludicrous speed. Congress - not so much.

You are right about impeachment but miss the obvious solution: challenge the district judge’s ability to issue nationwide injunctions. Mike Johnson also has talked about this and since this power is relatively new (our side used it to stop Obama on DACA) and has never been tested in court it is the obvious solution. Judges should not be able to bind non-parties in their rulings and that’s what this is about. Boasberg might be able to save one illegal from being deported but he cannot be allowed to apply that to all other possible illegals who are not a party to (i.e. who are not listed as plaintiffs).

Celeste Yarnell as the girl....yowzaa....(she was a yeoman on Star Trek TOS, did other movies, became somewhat successful in real estate, got a doctorate in nutrition, quite accomplished. Sadly, died in 2018.

After all is said and done there’s a lot more said than done.

Rhetoric always outpaces actual results by a factor of 100.

DC is not even a state so why does it have to have a court?

the DC one would be a prime target

But those DC judges would not be fired. They would be moved to other courts. I am not convinced that Congress has the cojones to do that either.

Dear Mike Johnson,

No matter what you do it is going to cause a sh—storm.

BUT ...for what it is worth, here are my thoughts. Just do it. Frankly we have so much corruption and sabotage going on we are already is a soft civil war with the progressive left.

What they are standing for/against is in direct opposition to the good of the Nation. Frankly, the citizenry simply doesn’t get it. Very few understand what the democrats are doing or how they represent the United States Citizens.

There are going to be some very dark times in this country, before we get to return to being that shining city on the Hill.

Failure is not an option.

“facing pressure” … “floated the possibility”

Patton to Ike, “Sir, we are facing pressure from Rommel and we are floating the possibility…”

Not disagreeing, both are Constitutional powers the legislative branch has to check the judicial.

However, I submit that 67 Senatorial votes matter much less if impeaching a judge. Trump could be impeached 5 or 6 more times in this term and everyone knows it's meaningless, a judge would be like destroying the whole system. All of them would be wailing and gashing their teeth while none would speak to or be associated with the disgraced fellow judge.

They would cry crocodile tears commiserating at their secret judge meetings, which is exactly where we want them. Naked, alone, and scared.

No one in The Stupid Party has the guts to state publicly, that these judges, by blocking deportation of terrorists, are condoning murder and other illegal activities against Americans. At a minmum, Congress and these judges should be shown color photographs of the victims butchered by MS13 and TDA animals. Instead? A letter.

It would be nice to abolish the entire DC Circuit including the district court, and well as the 9th Circuit. That would require overcoming a filibuster in the Senate. It may not happen this term of Congress, but could become a political issue for the midterm elections. Congress can always defund specific courts, and Trump could sell their court houses making it very difficult for the renege circuits to conduct business. That only requires a simple majority in the budget bill.
