Not going to happen... yet. If Trump is going to defy a court order, it will be from John Roberts and the Supreme Court. He’s not going to get dragged into playing tit-for tat with district judges.

This is an elaborate game of political chicken going on. Roberts doesn’t want the judiciary to lose it’s equal status as a branch of government. He’ll probably cave on a question that is so obviously within the president’s Article II powers. But if he doesn’t, Trump is telegraphing that he’ll tell the court to shove it.
