The Trump administration finally nabbed an immigration activist who eluded federal agents for years and hid in churches where she was shielded from arrest.
Jeanette Vizguerra, a 53-year-old Mexican mom of four, was once named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People for hiding from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in a Colorado church.
After years of chasing her, ICE finally got its hands on Vizguerra Monday when she was in the parking lot of the Target store in Denver where she worked, according to Jordan Garcia, another immigrant rights activist, told the New York Times.
Vizguerra was arrested Monday by ICE as the Trump administration carried out a mass deportation raid. ICE Former Denver ICE chief John Fabbricatore spent 15 years trying to collar Vizguerra, whom he calls a “horrible and smug” criminal who led the “abolish ICE movement” in Colorado.
“We’ve known about her for years and she’s gone through the whole immigration process,” Fabbricatore told The Post.
“This woman should’ve been removed in 2009,” he added.

Wait a minute. It’s not the Middle Ages anymore. There’s no such thing as church sanctuary. If she’s hiding in a church, get a warrant and arrest her at the church.
No different than if she were hiding in a bus station or a dentist’s office.
And they’re all leftists.
And if a church could offer sanctuary, would the Unitarian church where she was, aka religion for atheists, count?
So she was taking a job away from an American?

You know all those people listed in Social Security over 100 years old which were disclosed by the DOGE team ??
I bet there is a high likelihood that one of those bogus social security numbers was used to verify citizenship for this person.
A bunch of Democrats are saying DOGE is full BS because none of these number disclosed by DOGE is getting a social security check and that may very well be true, those bogus social security numbers are being used to verify citizenship so companies can employ illegal aliens and evade the law.

Revoking tax status is a good start if they want to play from the men’s tees.

So when is Target going to be fined for this. She was known to be illegal and was infamous. They have no excuse for not knowing she was illegal.
