I think we need a constitutional amendment to give the president the authority to give the Supreme Court immediate jurisdiction on any lawsuit he chooses, whether or not it is a lawsuit against the executive branch, or even involves the federal government at all. These bullsh1t lawsuits need to be swiftly brushed aside without waiting for them to make their way through the appeals process. The amendment should also give him the authority to demand that SCOTUS rule within a certain timeframe.

What you are talking about doing is not leaving us with three co-equal branches of government as the Constitution sets forth. But it still resonates, since there has been a chipping away at the powers of the executive branch for quite some time.
