Yesterday, I looked all over the government web site and the university web site to see if I could find the “Statement of Work” and the names of the principal investigators. I could not find a thing and finally gave up. I wanted to see just how bad the so-called “research” was going to be and learn how egregious of a waste it was.

For all the transparency in government, it is sure hard to find simple things like “Where the hell is our money going” and who is spending it?
