Agree with you Dallas, WV’s definition is circular: “male” sex, “female sex.

Defining by chromosomes is more “scientific,” more accurate.

The Olympic Algerian boxer has opened my eyes, to an extent.

There ARE people naturally born who are neither Male nor Female. An apparent “Woman” can have internal testes and produce testosterone. This needs to be recognized and sports like the Olympics need to exclude non-males and non-females from sexually segregated competition.

Any chromosomal test can probably be fooled as much as a visual identification of birth genitalia.

Of course, the Left has just created a hoard of these through mutilation and hormones, which even nature could not achieve.

The chromosome test is only 99.xx percent accurate. There ARE chromosomal irregularities out there. That’s why (IIRC) the Federal Government is using the sperm or egg definition. You are either equipped to produce one or the other. No one has ever produced both, and no one has ever gone from producing one to producing the other. It is a 100.0% definition.
