In the ‘70s, Richard Raskind emerged as Renee Richards. There was a kercuffle, but ultimately nothing happened. Raskind even got parts removed but he was still larger and stronger despite being in bis 40s at the time.

Trying to stop it is a good thought, but not this way. This will just destroy the opportunity for women to compete in sports as they will all do it. MONEY involved.
Title IX was a good thought but it opened up Pandora’s box. Making it equal was not what they had in mind when it came to participation. Until the people in charge get burned enough financially and publically they will not take into consideration that there are some sports women and men are not competitive in due to physiological differences. And with that they need to re-enter or create sports for men like softball, field hockey, and synchronized swimming, all Olympic and Pan Am sports, so there will be an equality to sports programs at the amatuer level nationally. As of this time, there are no sports that women cannot choose to compete with the male couterparts. Until then, the people in charge are violating the law under title IX and should be taken to task to change their operations or get the law changed.
And at the same time, their should be no considerations for women in the actual competitions like shorter tees in golf, lower hurdles in races, lower nets in volleyball, smaller ball in basketball, and other sports related differences in competitions. And if the women are not capable of winning foot races against the men, they shouldn’t earn the right to higher level competition. And if they are not capable of playing at the professional level, they should be cut with no quota for players. That’s a lot closer to “being fair.” But that’s just the beginning. And they don’t have the pelotas to do it.
