The Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, asked the Ukrainian president, Volodimir Zelenski,, on Saturday to find "a way to repair his relationship" with the American leader, Donald Trump, and asked him to "respect everything he has done" for Ukraine.
In statements to the BBC, Rutte said, "I have spoken on the phone twice with Zelenski and told him that we have to continue together to achieve lasting peace. I have told him that we have to respect what Trump has done so far for Ukraine." In addition, Rutte praised Trump for "breaking the deadlock" in the war by taking the initiative to talk to Russia. The NATO Secretary General described the stormy meeting between Zelenski and Trump on Friday at the White House as "very unfortunate."
A day after the tough meeting in the Oval Office, Volodimir Zelenski has posted a thread on the social network X where he begins by thanking the United States for all the assistance provided since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, and asks for "stronger support."

Exactly and he is betting on Europe now funding him instead, likely he did this on purpose to try to please the European tyrants.

Translation: Rutte is scared to death Trump will withdraw from NATO if EU leaders continue to side with Zelesnky over him.
NATO wants him to apologize so we will consider putting him into NATO and then NATO will get money from us.

What you can’t get are weapons. Those require raw materials and those can be scarce for reasons of existence, not cost.
Absolutely spot on analysis. If Pres. Trump pulls back on contributions to NATO or pulls the US out of the Treaty completely, NATO will implode. The US contributes 2/3 of NATO’s revenue at 967 Billion. At number 2 is Germany contributing 97 Billion. It is madness to support a Treaty organization whose sole mission is to prevent another World War. And, yet, here we are.
Zelensky wants EU and US to give him 250B of RUSSIA’S frozen assets.
That would cause a war too.
Maybe they can buy weapons from the Taliban.

Watch the video again. Zalensky ain’t all there. A SS agent could hold a gun to his head saying, “shut up or I’ll shoot,” and Zelensky wouldn’t have a clue.
What is often lost in the discussion of how much the US has contributed to Ukraine financially and materially is the provision of real-time intelligence to control the battle space and target the enemy. Without it, the Ukrainians are essentially blind.
The EU gave Zeke a hero’s welcome for insulting Trump and Vance he feels more emboldened than ever add to that the Billions just him. Expect nothing from little Zeke
Not only Elon’s satellites, but also, our military satellites positioned over Ukraine. They surveil the battle space identifying targets and threats. They help vector in the drones and missiles.
And I am sure we have assets on the ground in Ukraine that provide invaluable support to the Ukrainians.
I made the point elsewhere. There is a distinct possibility that money won’t help. There are no weapons left to buy and the weapons needed, artillery, don’t have the raw materials in existence under friendly land mass to create the shells — by the millions.
The Russians are very smart engineers. They are taking advantage of their advantage — the enormous expanse of land under which to find . . . stuff.
