Maybe I should not take your post literally. I don’t like Ali either, but it’s not that simple. If he was arrested for taking a bribe that would do it, but a fed judge is different from a bureaucrat.

Interpreting some of these court appeals is like a big math problem.
An odd number of negatives equals a negative. An even number of negatives equals a positive.
A pause on a ban on an order to block a reversal……?

It would be granting the plaintiffs the relief sought in the lawsuit, and that you can’t do in a TRO.

Let’s hope the Supreme Court uses the Constitution as the basis for their final decision.
Did the U.S. District Judge Amir H. Ali base his ruling on the Constitution? I doubt it.

My interactions with liberals in academia taught me they believe all conservatives are inbred morons. that they, the liberals are soooo much smarter. Trust me, it's not just the liberals in academia. Wherever you encounter them, they're all that way.

Does this apply to all of the TROs and other lower court interferences with Article II powers?

“Only Congress has the authority to remove a federal judge, and the process is similar to how Congress can remove a President. First the House must vote to impeach a judge, which would require a simple majority. If that succeeds, then the Senate holds a trial and votes whether to convict. A conviction requires two thirds of the votes in the Senate to pass.”
