Frost (D-Fla.) had used his time to bash President Trump as a “grifter in chief,” which triggered a screaming match and led to Comer barring the 28-year-old from speaking during the hearing.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) began trying to defend Frost and lawmakers quickly devolved into shouting over one another before Comer eventually restored order.
