The primary utility of these impeachments appears to be the preliminary House investigation leading to criminal DOJ referral.
Let’s face it, with the number of Dems occupying seats, the Senate won’t convict even if these people did the same thing as Luigi.
Trump gave that cuck Roberts a chance to get his house in order and the SC punted. Time for the other two branches of government to cut the judicial down to size and start dissolving district courts whose judges make decisions contrary to the constitution.
Appearance of impropriety - EVERY state’s bar includes that as a reason for a judge to HAVE to recuse himself from a case.
This guy should be brought before his state’s bar association for potential disciplinary proceedings.
He’s safe from actually getting impeached, I’m pretty sure. One can always dream. Remember Alcee Hastings?
I guess there are a few husbands. Might as well be “watch the spouses;” however, wives can go under the radar due to retaining their maiden names. They aren’t as easy to find
