Meltdown Over the FBI Dream Team
Declassified ^ | 2/24/25 | Julie Kelly

Posted on 02/24/2025 3:31:46 PM PST by CFW

Barely recovered from the swearing-in last week of FBI Director Kash Patel, the media and Democrats were dealt another blow with the announcement of Dan Bongino as the bureau's number two.

In an emotional appearance on his daily podcast today, Dan Bongino explained how President Donald Trump called him Sunday night to offer him the job of deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Bongino disclosed he had expressed an interest in the position over the past few weeks, but hearing the president officially extend the offer made him “break down a bit.”

Bongino, despite hosting one of the most popular podcasts in the nation as well as a daily radio show, accepted. “This is a mission I can’t say no to,” Bongino told his audience. “The FBI belongs to the American people. This is the honor of a lifetime.”

Bongino’s appointment represents another death blow to the calcified corruption at the Department of Justice and at the FBI in particular. The author of three books on government corruption including the Russia collusion hoax, Bongino is perfectly suited to help his new boss, FBI Director Kash Patel, root out the bad actors at the 37,000-employee bureau and hold them accountable.

Which is why the media and Democrats are freaking out. Barely recovered from Patel’s swearing-in at the White House last Friday, reporters and lawmakers alike continue to rage about the president’s latest shocker.

Immoral and Unethical Say What?

When Trump was elected on November 5th, I believe the deep state actors thought "No problem. We have our people in place so will simply work to undermine his every action and policy just as we did in 2017-2020".

They were blindsided by his immediate actions to start dismantling their institutions. They were probably positive that the RINOs in the Senate would keep his nominees from being confirmed and would instead be gifted with Republican cabinet members loyal to the deep state who wouldn't interfere with their actions.

Apparently, Trump came into office aware of their plans and had a plan of his own. At some press conference or interview, I heard Stephen Miller (I believe) say they had been making their "war plans" since mid-summer of last year. They know what they are doing and know there will be a lot of resistance. I have confidence Trump will prevail.

I’m starting to wonder about changing the representation in DC through arrests - and I don’t mean fake charges.

There is probably enough evidence of felony crimes (real, not fake crimes) by most of the politicians and bureaucrats in D.C. to put 80% of them in prison for years. From money laundering, to drug dealing, to murder, I bet evidence could be found to support a plethora of charges.

Not to mention that this is likely a significant pay cut for Danny B.

I will miss listening to Dan Bongino's Podcast.

But I would far prefer having him as an FBI Deputy Director with a huge flaming sword to cauterize the shameful open wound on this nation's Constitution that the FBI has become.

The fact that the despicable criminals Andrew McCabe and Adam Schiff both walk free on the streets collecting either a pension or a salary is shameful in the extreme.

I express my fervent hope that Patel and Bongino sweep through the FBI and mercilessly, without remorse, put every single one of the conniving bastards who are or have been in any way involved the corruption and weaponization of the FBI to the professional sword and refer every single one of them to Pam Bondi at the DOJ for legal action under the letter of the law.

He is a Patriot. He would do this even with no salary, I bet.

I will miss his broadcasts. He was slowly but surely following in the footsteps of Rush. God speed, Dan. God speed.

Probably in most cases "won't be seeking reelection". Trump's shock and awe campaign will cut off a portion of the campaign funding being laundered from tax dollars, and get the FBI protectors and cleanup squads fired. It's up to us to do the rest mostly in the primaries.

The best thing President Trump has done is to think outside the box. His cabinet is Team America. F Yeah!

I expect that, like you, I will be spending an inordinate amount of time following the efforts of Dan Bongino in his new position, cheering him on from the sidelines.

I think you may be right.

I remember reading about Georgia’s Governor Kemp thinking about running for the US Senate. I thought, at the time, that he may decide not to run, if Trump makes it clear enough that the money is no longer there.

Like McConnell saying goodbye, the party balloons have fallen and the punch is gone.

Dan will return stronger than ever...

For everyday Bongino listeners, will remember that Dan announced his future run for President, in the run up to the November election, he just didn’t say when.

Once he helps accomplish this next mission, he’ll have the “bona fides” as he says, to be a legitimate candidate for President!

And he’ll win, because he’ll outwork the democrats.

Stephen Miller is fantastic in every interview. He is extremely intelligent and well-versed in the Constitution. He runs rings around the CNN/ABC/NBC etc talking heads.

Just look at the congressional hush money slush fund for starters.

Does anyone think that slush fund is NOT taxpayer funded?

Schiff-for-brains is worried that whoever at the FBI (or NSA) gave him “incontrovertible evidence” that Pres. Trump was guilty of something or other is going to out him to save his own skin and expose the collaboration between the FBI and Dims.
