The AP is free to say what it wants.
It has no authority to force itself on the president’s plane or to force themselves into a press conference.
There’s a whole e bunch of Reporters, Journalists, Talking Arseholes covering this stuff.
AP can’t make a case why they alone are uniquely qualified to do anything.

He could decide to give press credentials and access only to editors of high school newspapers if he wants.

exactly, he never said they can’t call it that, only they can’t use his spaces if they do. Just like a Judge can through you out of court for language he disagrees with.
They are dead in the water in this one, courts are unlikely to set a precedent that will be used against them
Regardless none of their rights have been violated. This is like saying you have to let me in your house and then let me say anything I want. Plus they have a long history pf complying with forced speech from the Biden regime which also undercuts their while premise.

NOTHING the president has done in any way manner shape or form impacts or limits AP’s ability to speak.
He can give AP their own plane—parts made by Boeing DEI staff.

The AP still gets into the White House briefing room, just not the smaller spaces like the Oval Office and Air Force One.

Since AP has sued they should be banned from all White House events.

He should banish ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Reuters, until AP changes their words. Actually he should banish them all anyway.

I doubt any media will report it that way but it’s truly what AP is wanting to do.
It’s not like AF1 can take every reporter, or WH room has space for every reporter all the time. AP getting in means some one else gets cut.
Maybe let them in but put them in a corner with a dunce cap on.
