Yes. IRI is a RINO group receiving, I recall $130 million. This organization was led by John McCain for decades, and currently has Sen. Cotton, Sen. Graham, and 3-4 other RINO Senators on the board.

by Abrams in April 2024 as part of Biden’s turning green.
Under Biden’s phony “Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund” program, Abrams’
just now-invented “Power Forward Communities” received the Biden “green energy grant.”
Biden stupidly gave Abrams $2 billion tax dollars despite the fact that she reported just $100 in revenue during her first three months of operation........... according to Abrams own tax filings.
