President Trump is reportedly going to sign an executive order on Wednesday night that bans ALL federal taxpayer benefits to illegal aliens residing in the United States.
Bill Melugin from FOX News has the scoop.
Bill Melugin: Per WH official on background, later tonight, President Trump will sign an executive order designed to terminate any & all federal taxpayer benefits going to illegal aliens.
The order will direct every federal agency & department to identify all federally funded programs currently providing any financial benefits to illegal aliens, and “take corrective action”, ensuring that any federal funds to states and localities “will not be used to support sanctuary policies or assist illegal immigration.”

That would be great, but unfortunately, our corrupt judges and the corrupt SCOTUS will not allow illegals to not receive our hard earned tax dollars. Stopping them from getting benefits would significantly increase the self deportations.
Exactly exactly what I was going to say. I was asking this today, about judges having the power to do this. The President is the executive branch of the government, how can he or any President govern with these judges acting like dictators? How do they have more power than the President and Congress?
We will win this one in court.
There is no federal law allowing illegal aliens to receive federal benefits.
Not one.
Workers who are not citizens, can file taxes and instead of getting money back through Earned income tax credit, Illegals get ITIN. They can claim up to 12 dependents, who do not need to be related, or living in the USA. In short, they work enough hours to qualify, and get back beaucoup bucks from taxpayers. Check it out to see if I speak the truth.

Circa 94, we tried it in CA, prop 187 would have denied tax paid benefits to illegals....We won, then federal judge working in concert with state coconspirators, burned our ballots and declared our election illegal. CA continued going straight down hill from there.
Never understood why they would receive those benefits in the first place.
