Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signs bill ending Affirmative Action into Law

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An Arkansas legislative bill that calls for a prohibition on discrimination or preferential treatment has been signed into law.

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed Senate Bill 3 into law Tuesday afternoon. The bill prohibits discrimination by Arkansas agencies, either state, local or public, by considering a person’s race or gender.
