Less than a month after receiving pardons for participating in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol, some former defendants find themselves in a familiar place: back in court, facing other criminal charges.
There is Edward Kelley, who was pardoned for assaulting police at the U.S. Capitol, but who is now fighting another case. In November, a jury convicted him of conspiring to murder the Federal Bureau of Investigation agents.
Other defendants are similarly arguing they should be absolved of other alleged crimes, such as illegal gun possession and child pornography, discovered during Jan. 6 investigations. At least one defendant has died in a post-pardon altercation with police.

Of the 1500 or whatever pardons, almost all were non-violent minor offenses that it would be difficult to argue against a pardon.
But the media focuses on the handful that assaulted cops, or did something else, trying to taint the majority that were treated unfairly.
Did Wall Street Journal express concerns over the antifa murders of 2020, 🔥 looting’s, mostly peaceful rioters, city burnings, federal courthouse seizures?
By focusing on a small minority of cases, the media completely sidesteps the issue of the horrible abuses the majority of J6 partiers were subject to.
If you listen to the “news” media you will be told that millions of officers were killed that day.
WSJ is rotton. Stinks. I guess they are going to stay stuck on stupid.
Pot calling kettle black. How many police officers have been railroaded (Chauvin ring a bell?) for trying to subdue violent offenders that resist and get injured or killed? I am not giving cart blanche to those actions, but most are an inquisition to make liberal press, politicians, and minorities happy.
The J6 folks need to file a class action lawsuit against the WSJ—it is slander/defamation to call them all “rioters”.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-five, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-ninth.
Yeah, sure. There is no way to untangle what has become of the horribly persecuted people or what path their life took after the Gestapo targeted them.
And child porn? Make me laugh... that is the modern version of a a cop with throw down gun, or putting a little coke or weed in the backseat of the car.
That’s the easiest set up ever.
Nobody should default to believe the FBI when a political target has child porn on his computer. ESPECIALLY when one remembers that Epstein’s list is still a state secret to protect VIP child rapists.
Vance said those folks wouldn’t receive a pardon. The boss say it differently. It would be easy to sort the people who let their emotions run high that day and those who caused damage, attack law enforcement & threatened elected officials.
Probably fake. The DOJ and FBI accusing someone of child porn is probably fake. After all, they are protecting hundreds of child rapists who were caught on video at Epstein island.
But they caught a J6er with child porn. Sure pal....
“Other defendants are similarly arguing they should be absolved of other alleged crimes, such as illegal gun possession”
Translation: FBI arrests someone a year or two ago. After conviction on a trumped up felony, they raid his house and seize the guns that were always there. “Felon in possession of a firearm”.
Really? Good grief.
Evidence? Anything?
if they wanted load a computer with child porn, it would have been many more down loads and put on high profile folks like Stuart Rhodes.
Why just tag a no name Jan 6er with kiddie porn? Why not the high profile folks?
Kill an FBI agent? More Horst Wessel propaganda. Criminal FBI agents and smirking DOJ lawyers were framing a man for a felony. They stood there intoning that we was trying to overthrow the government on J6 at the protest. He was probably planning to hang Mike Pence or something as we walked between the velvet ropes. You think you wouldn’t be bitter towards the Stasi agents that inflicted this hoax on you?
The FBI hears he is bitter and surrounds him with sympathetic ears over a beer, gains his trust and records his revenge fantasy.
Pathetic...
” while awaiting trial for his involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach — developed a plan to murder law enforcement, including FBI agents and employees. The proof showed that Kelley developed a “kill list” of FBI agents and others who participated in the investigation into his conduct on Jan. 6 and that Kelley distributed this list — along with videos containing images of certain FBI employees identified on the list — to a co-conspirator as part of his “mission.”
A cooperating defendant, who previously pleaded guilty to his role in the conspiracy, testified that he and Kelley planned attacks on the Knoxville FBI Field Office using car bombs and incendiary devices appended to drones. He also testified that the conspirators strategized about assassinating FBI employees in their homes and in public places such as movie theaters.”
The pardons still apply.
But don’t you fret, joesucks. The kiddie porn people will re-offend.
So don’t.
Just don’t.
Furthermore, according to Laz's First Rule of Journalistic Integrity:
The number of authors is a reliable indicator of believability.
This article rates as 3 authors: 0 chance of some accuracy.
Murder? Or plans for taking out tyrants? Most of the founding Father’s were also guilty of this.
Gun possession? 2A... Just stop it already... There are no illegal guns.
Kiddy porn... You can be let out of jail for this, but you need to take a trip through the wood chipper first...
