He doesn’t understand that stirring Canadian patriotism is exactly what PDJT intended.
Patriotism is bad for globalist tweaks like him.
Bingo!
It’s my understanding “the Duke of Sussex” didn’t found the games. It was given to him to give him something to do?
You must not have looked too hard. ;-)
That was no “fight for friendship”. I seem to remember Canada’s truckers gathering a lot of sympathy and support from Americans while their own government de-banked and crushed them.
our two countries
The U.S. and Cuba?
Trudeau could have given the best speech in the world. But the simple combination of Trudeau and Prince Harry and these pretentiously self-promoting “Invictus Games” is so nauseating that I would not have been able to listen without throwing up.
Agreed.
It seems a strange choice of verb -- "fighting." Sounds like a marital squabble.
Yes. It broke my heart to hear their boos, but I sure understood.
It has the name of God in there. I don’t that was the idea.
“Never stop fighting for the friendship that unites us.”
As for “fighting,” Canada has 12 frigates and 4 submarines. The frigates were built in the 1990s. They are all past their productive lifetime, are long overdue for replacement. The frigates now spend most of their time in port.
The four subs are coastal defense submarines, purchased from the UK during the 1980s. All four have been disasters in terms of operational readiness.
Canada is unable to defend its territorial waters, no less make a proportional contribution to NATO defense of the North Atlantic.
We don’t need to be lectured by the head of a government that fails to met its NATO obligations. If we have to defend Canada because of its strategic geographic position, we should take it over.
Stop disrespecting our anthem you bucky beaver pukes or else we’ll send the Cub Scouts to invade and turn you into our 52st state!
You’re ‘fighting for a friendship’. ?
Seriously.
I think you need to rethink how friendships are made.
Turdy kissing Trump’s @$$.
They’ll put up a token fight for what little pride they have left, but if they were forced to pay the true cost of their freedom from international aggression, they would surrender faster than the French in 1940.
I was born in Canada, and I’m proud of what they used to be. But I hold no illusions about what 60 years of Liberal decay have wrought.
“fighting for friendship” Yeah, a bunch of Canadians booed the US national anthem at a recent match and the US players came out fighting.
Pi$$ on you, Castro’s little bastid.
