I will agree! What happened? Did Nuland make a special visit? I thought Poland would be on the right side of the Ukraine farce, and then they were suddenly going to ship planes!
My point is that we blew up Germany’s gas pipeline (it was Russian), so we really ought to make amends.
They should be a close ally. Unfortunately geogrphy hampers them. No port on the Atlantic. Makes resupply more difficut. If the balloon indeed goes up no depth to the defense.
We also relied heavily on the Royal Navy, because we were quickly expanding our presence in the Pacific after the acquisition of Hawaii and The Philippines. Even then, it was a given that the US and Japan were on a collision course.
