The Senate voted on Feb. 10 to invoke cloture on the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to the position of director of national intelligence, bringing the former congresswoman one step closer to confirmation.
The 52–46 vote means senators have 30 hours to debate the nomination before taking a final vote on Gabbard’s confirmation.

I assume Graham will have to vote yes even knowing Gabbard will keep his and his warmongering fellow travelers’ advice far away from Trump’s ears.

Republicans are still letting the Dems rollover them. If they are going to vote for his appointments, just recess. Let Trump appoint his cabinet.
At this date, Biden had 26 appointments done. Trump is at 13 now. Stop wasting the Senate’s time on Dems childish games.
