[How Wikipedia was transformed from an on line encyclopedia to a USAID influence op]
In 2017, Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) launched its "Movement Strategy" to transform Wikipedia into a global movement focused on social justice.
This shifted the mission from building a collaborative encyclopedia to becoming a "global influencer shaping world policy." Much of this was directly inspired by Soros' Open Society political philosophy. To underscore the point, Soros donated $2 million in a high profile donation to jumpstart the effort.
The firm that WMF hired to shape and implement this transformation is called Williamsworks, which is founded and led by a longtime Hillary Clinton staffer named Whitney Williams.
Williams – who was recommended to Wikipedia by a senior Soros-linked WMF executive – previously made headlines when she launched the East Congo Initiative (ECI) with Ben Affleck.
At the ECI – a USAID partner project – Williams' deputy was Maura O'Neill, a senior USAID staffer who previously served as USAID's first "Chief Innovation Officer," and Senior Counsel to the USAID Administrator.
O'Neill's signature initiative was USAID Forward, which sought to elevate US foreign aid to the level of national security.
My original reporting on this epic inter-organizational clusterfuck
I wonder if this is how Matt Drudge got compromised.
Hopefully DOGE will find something on Soros and his evil empire ,LOL
Well, Wikipedia was heading liberal (jogging full tilt radical) since it’s first two years. But since 2006 2008 period, it has begun sprinting. Pulled by a drag racers.

This explains a LOT.
They are at 501 C3, They are clearly political and that is forbidden in their tax status. Time for the IRS to take a hard look at Wikipedia.

“Social justice” is poison!
Under Trump, it is on its way out. Wikipedia will need to get with the program, or else ir will be sold, and turned into something good!

Yup—Wikipedia was a classic example of the left’s long march through the institutions.
They used our tax dollars to do it.
That was fraud on a mind-boggling scale.

Williams was Hillary’s travel director during the Clinton administration. I wonder what she knew about Travelgate (or as Wikipedia calls it, the “White House travel office controversy”), and a few other things. I think she came in a little late for the actual Travelgate incidents, but the investigation continued until 2000.
Incidentally, whenever the Democrats complain about Trump firing employees, remember Travelgate.
Former Montana Senator Max Baucus played a key role in getting China into the WTO during the Clinton administration and was Obama’s ambassador to China right after Hillary got replaced at Secretary of State by John Kerry. His wife Melodee Hanes worked with the All China Women’s Federation in a cooperative effort with the Department of State and Department of Justice to implement China’s first domestic violence law before supporting Whitney Williams for governor in 2020. Baucus runs a consulting firm called the Baucus Group that advises Chinese brands like Alibaba and his Max Baucus Institute think tank runs a Chinese student exchange program.
