Very long, very complex, legal essay. Summary: (1) Tax on employers for all compensation paid to illegal aliens. (2) Private citizens to enforce the tax through lawsuits. (3) Amendments needed to the Internal Revenue Code and the False Claims Act total approximately 650 words. (4) These changes incorporated into a budget reconciliation bill.

"This strategy draws on historical lessons, such as Britain's 19th century efforts to curb child labor, which showed private enforcement to be more effective than government enforcement alone."

Provate citizens can’t afford to bring lawsuits up. We don’t have gobs of money sitting around to give to lawyers. Not a great strategy on this particular point.
I disagree.
Private citizens and their lawyers win the un-paid taxes.
This is a business plan - NOT a political strategy.
what about private citizens who are hiring illegals under the table? plenty do. they are just as guilty as businesses of aiding illegals and making more think it’s ok to come and do as they please. those private citizens are connected to whatever wrongs illegals they pay and their families do. without the income source maybe they would be here or wouldn’t keep expanding family or bringing more relatives.
