That incoming Dean looks awfully white. If he is really committed to DEI (and not a hypocrite), he should resign in favor of an unqualified black lesbian. After all, that is what he wants to promote at the school. So lead by example.
I’m sure there are some in academia who are secretly happy that Trump gave them an excuse to cut their DEI programs.
I saw this stuff starting at Penn State over 20 years ago, they even went out to teach it to the indy
