“I slipped in a pawn shop and bought (me) a twenty two...”

Cedartown, Georgia . . . a dark song for sure but well written.

Just keep in mind that once the trigger is pulled, firing does not stop until the mag is depleted.

That's what makes it fun.

I did that with an M-16 in the military. IT IS FUN! No wonder the elites in Congress do not want “The Great Unwashed” to have fun.

I keep looking in the classifieds for a Glock switch to no avail. Darn my luck, I just don’t know any shady characters.

Silly "law-makers." When have any of these "mass shootings" ever involved auto-firing guns? Individual target aiming precision requires the use of single-round trigger action, which may be a function of auto-loading" (=semi-automatic), not auto-firing operation. (The description of Colt's .45 M1911 "automatic" is a misnomer applied a century ago when it supplanted the "revolver" which is also a multi-round but hand- or trigger-loaded device.)

Legislation of the conversion devices under consideration does nothing toward abating the "mass-shooting" events, either from the shooter's viewpoint on effectiveness or that of the firearms-bearing victim regarding defense .

Automatic weapons are useful only for tactical use of a military unit, not for solitary individual use. The reactions of these governors or lawmakers is only an ignorant knee-jerk time-wasting response based on their own uninformed neurotic fear of guns, or that in general dominating an uneducated public.

Focus on something else, legislators. Don't waste your and our time and money on this matter. Find the means to suppress the intent of a determined criminal shooter by supplying determined and capable sane responders who fear the deadly insane perpetrator, not merely the unsafe use of his/her shooting implement. Or knife, or axe, or car, or baseball bat, or poison, or an explosive. Or by a 737 airframe under control of a box-cutter-wielding miscreant.

Use your head, legislator, not your gut. Tell your governor to jam it.

Grandma Ivey is a lifelong Democrat that only switched parties because it was the only way to be electorally viable. She was horrible during COVID and she is horrible on the 2A

She might be bad on this particular issue, but didn't she sign Constitutional Carry and a bill allowing teacher-carry in schools?

The biggest mass murder took place with terrorists armed with box cutter knives on 9-11. A box cutter costs less than $5.
Another grounded passenger aircraft were found to have stashed box cutters on it.

Glock switches are already illegal.

They are. Indeed, at the federal level.

They're just not enforced by local prosecutors because "muh racism."

ON LivePD last weekend a Deputy found three Glocks in a car, all in a possession of a convicted felon with open felony warrants. Two of the three had the modification to be “automatic” with extended mags.
