A criminal-coddling Big Apple judge with just 13 months on the bench has already sprung at least three maniacs — including the unhinged nutter who allegedly pushed a woman into a moving subway this week, The Post has learned.
Judge Marva Brown cut loose Markeese Brazelis on a 3rd-degree sexual abuse charge last week for groping a woman on a C train platform at West 50th Street and Eighth Avenue, despite the charge being bail-eligible, according to court records and law enforcement sources.
Four days later, Brazelis, 26, allegedly shoved a 23-year-old straphanger into the side of a speeding A train at a Washington Heights subway station; later, he made a terrifying confession to cops that he was “high” and “mad” during the attack, according to prosecutors.
*** A spokesperson for the Manhattan DA’s Office said it didn’t request bail in sexual abuse case due to the limited criminal history available for Brazelis. The mentally ill man also had been charged with trespassing last week for entering a prohibited area of a Bergen Street subway station, sources previously said.

Brown “lets everyone go” because she “doesn’t believe bail is a necessity,” a Manhattan police officer with over two-plus decades raged.
“It puts all these people back into the streets to hurt other people in the city, and it seems like it doesn’t matter to her,” said the veteran cop. *** New York is the only state where penal laws bizarrely bar judges from considering a perp’s dangerousness when setting bail.

My guess is that she lives in Scarsdale. Perhaps the filthbags she releases could be given her address and the word that she has many thousands of dollars worth of diamonds in her house. And a 15 year old daughter.
It’s time to start putting some Feral “judges” in prison. Political bass tards. It’s time those bass turds be required to run for office now that the RATS have weaponized the black robed bass tards against Americans.
But the NY Times claims conservative white male Christians are the primary threat to the continued existence of the United States.
At some points, judges should become criminally liable for the actions of those they release, when a reasonable person would reasonably expect such release to cause criminal harm.
Criminals continue to criminal because the rotten, putrid injustice system with hack judges enable them. Getting tough on crime and enforcement sends the message to them of FAFO. In NY they’re finding out it’s ok to FA no problem.
New York needs a complete take over of their “justice” system. It starts with the disgraceful Bar Association that seem incapable of policing their own.
There must be a million homeless crazies loose in our cities.
Why isn’t there a process for rolling them up and locking them away?
The more liberal ideas there are in a state the more likely it's a hellhole for working class citizens. Not many liberal 'elites' ride the subways.
She lets them out because they are doing what she would like to do but she doesn’t have the guts.

Judges need to be kicked to the curb
Eventually, somebody will hunt down and kill these offenders. The smartest way would be to create a “bounty pool”, with anonymous donations, so that any killer is rewarded.
I wonder how much bounty someone in NYC would need to motivate them? Fiddy dollahs? Hunnert dollahs?
As long as it was done discreetly, no one would be the wiser.
Back in the 70s/80s, they had a judge in NYC that they called “Cut ‘em Loose Bruce”. Bruce would not even be noticed today.

Justice is lost in the courts. Plea bargains, reduced or dismissed charges, PR bonds, NEVER (unless mandated by law) sentences to run concurrently, parole, probation, deferred adjudication.
I watch a lot of REAL court videos and I don’t mean “Judge Judy”!
It’s a REAL education. Even the “good” judges are too lax. THROW THE ENTIRE BOOK at these people.
NO PAROLE/PROBATION! Do the crime, do the time.
Rehabilitation MY ASS! PUNISHMENT is what’s needed.
I have watched EVERY EPISODE of On Patrol Live, (called Live PD before that) and EVERY episode of COPS! REAL LIFE POLICE WORK.
Riddle me this Batman. While only 13% of the population is Black, why is it that 90% of the people stopped or arrested on these shows are Black? Racism? I don’t think so, when a majority of the police officers are also Black!
Totally agree. There should be some punishment for judges who disproportionately release criminals who are recidivists. At a minimum they should be disbarred. Three strikes and you’re out.
Where are all these idiot judges coming from?
This Judge, like many others who allow violent offenders right back out on the street to reoffend, should be held criminally responsible, charging them with the same crime as the perp they allowed to walk. It would stop the majority of this crap. But the Dem-controlled New York City Council, and the Dem-controlled State Legislature will never pass a law like that. They have blood on their hands, but they’ll never be held accountable.
