Dear Mr. Attorney General: In the fall of2022, former President Donald J. Trump was a subject of two separate criminal investigations by the Department ofJustice. The first was an investigation into whether any person violated the law in connection with efforts to interfere with the lawful transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election. The second investigation focused on the possession of highly classified documents at Mr. Trump's Mar-a-Lago social club following his presidency.

Grassley, Johnson Make Public Whistleblower Records Revealing DOJ and FBI Plot to Pin Trump in Jack Smith Elector Case Grassley.

I quickly found the first error in this document:
“Jack”: It’s Department of Just Us.
A federal judge who oversaw the raid in Florida, has determined that Smith was improperly appointed and had no authority to proceed. Smith’s entirety prosecution of the illegal raid was dismissed. No superior court has overturned that finding.
None of the people involved at FBI/DOJ were pardoned. We are used to seeing this type evidence of felonies before, only to see it whitewashed or buried.
Which new DC sheriff will ensure these felons are held accountable? I’d love to see Emil Bove in the role of special prosecutor.
I’m getting the vibe that the stolen 2020 election was the best thing for this movement. If they’d have let Trump have his 4 years then, things would have trickled along. After 4 years of Bidet’s deliberate invasion facilitation and hyper-politicized DoJ, Trump’s focus became laser accurate and his determination steeled to systematically deconstruct the federal abomination. His team now is completely mission-oriented. They need to find a way to prosecute several of the FISA judges who facilitated the unsupported warrants, as a glaring warning to other jurists who don’t abide by the doctrine of fairness.
That’s going to be a challenge. Roberts, as Chief Justice, is the one judge legally obligated to oversee the FISA process. He pretty much signed off on the process by ignoring it.
I recall that 9 of the 11 FISA judges were dems. They were lied to, and didn’t nothing about it? That makes them complicit in the criminal actions of falsely attained warrants.
Senator Grassley just released a report on the actions of Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault that absolutely condemns Biden’s DOJ and totally exonerates Trump and his co-defendants:
Additionally, the Steal of 2020 has created a grassroots army of Republican activists, in particular election integrity folks. The above are NOT GOPE go along to get along types.
Judge Cannon did Jack a favor by ruling that he doesn’t exist. The team who raided Mar a Lago jumbled, shuffled and filed the confiscated docs out of order. Another judge noticed it and commented. Spoiled evidence.
Remember the famous photo of the top secret doc sleeves strewn on the floor? The raid team brought those in, took the pic and leaked it to the press.
Trump also told the Feds they were welcome to drop in anytime if they needed anything. Just call and ask. The Feds chose to roll up midday with loaded weapons and evict Trump’s lawyer from the site. Oops.
“The team who raided Mar a Lago jumbled, shuffled and filed the confiscated docs out of order. Another judge noticed it and commented. Spoiled evidence.”
I was thinking about this last night. Didn’t President Trump say immediately after this happened he watched the raid take place on live video from camera feeds in the house?? I wonder if in fact there is a video of this.
Having read the index alone, the bias is dripping. Nobody properly references past presidents as “Mr.” Nobody says “Mr. Obama,” or “Mr. Clinton.” The respect is given in the properly attained title of “President.” Smith has shown his hand.
It’s very likely that all those that were fired at DOJ were under a serious review or formal investigations. They would have to be to blunt any potential wrongful dismissal or whistleblower suits by the fired employees. If an investigation were to start after counter legal action by those fired it would be retaliation and the investigations likely would be blocked.
The good thing is that as long as there are investigations, the current crop of prosecutors will have qualified immunity and they can go around indicting all those ham sandwiches with impunity. These ex prosecutors can look forward to legal bills, investigations, possible indictments, and loss of their licenses.
The best defense is a good offense
Trump can easily offer a pardon to those who are willing to spill the beans on all of them
You won’t find any honor among that bunch of thieves. Throw one pardon in amongst them like a steak amongst a pack of hungry dogs.
