If some 2nd Lt had called the Chinese and said he’d warn them of any military action against them he’d spend the rest of his life in Leavenworth, and rightly so.

Milley should get the exact same treatment. Recall him to active duty and refer him to a Court Martial. When convicted strip him of all rank and toss his ass into prison.
