Hard to imagine 60 votes in the Senate, but if the GOP would get around to running an EFFECTIVE media campaign to lay out just who the people are coming over the border, it should would help.

The legislation should also mandate and provide funding for an armed presence along the entire wall. Get federal employees with a union backing them on the wall and even the Democrats will have to end up supporting funding for the wall in every federal budget.
