But Texas has issued a gold backed Debit card

Thanks for the idea. I’ve been thinking about some way to monetize our gold holdings. I wouldn’t think that would be possible if you hold physical yourself. You would need to deposit it somewhere. But that is always a bit nerve-wracking unless you have a depository in your area and can drive it there yourself. Shipping valuables can be dicey. What to do? I need to do more research.
