My COSTCO is efficient, well stock, and the employees seem motivated, cheerful, and they can actually read.

My Costco is also very pleasant to shop in, and the employees seem to go out of their way to deliver courteous service. They are not just "putting their time in" like at some stores. If I see Reverend Al there trying to stir up trouble, I'll be sure to tell him to get lost.
