Did Joe Pedo’s pardon list the crimes little Jamie Ratskin is guilty of committing?
Yep. They should construct an intricate, yet watertight perjury trap, and grill, grill, grill him, steering him into that trap where he has to either deliver information that is actionable, or commit perjury where we know what his answer should be and can back it up with documentation.
Then prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law when he commits perjury.
No doubt there will be a lot of “I don’t remember. I don’t recall. I don’t remember anything at all.” from him in that case.
I'm sure this format will serve the American people in getting the full story of the events of J6 2020.

If it is only the normal DC Kabuki theater, I agree. But, if the intent is to expose those who broke the law in the J6 witchhunt committee (both congress critters and not), then it is worth doing.
By exposing the truth, I think that further shenanigans may be avoided, at least in part.
Pardoned Raskin has nothing to say about it. He’s been discredited.
He knows, but he's gotten as bad as Schumer when he sees a tv camera across the room.

No, Raskin is front and center to explain what he did that made him accept Biden’s pardon, thereby admitting guilt.
