Yeah, but the easy way to amend the constitution is have the Army occupying states, and forcing actual representatives out of the state government, installing puppet governments to run the states, and then getting the puppets to vote for amendments in the name of the states.

Like the Federal government did with the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments.

Amending the constitution is real easy if you just use the army to subvert the will of the people of the states.
