Sir Keir Starmer will host French President Emmanuel Macron for dinner tomorrow as they brace for Donald Trump’s return as US President.
The leaders, embroiled in separate spats with Elon Musk, will hold long-planned talks at the Prime Minister’s countryside estate called Chequers.
The French president this week accused the world’s richest man of intervening directly in Europe's democratic processes following a social media onslaught.
Germany and France have warned Mr Donald Trump against threatening Greenland, after the US president-elect refused to rule out using military force to seize Denmark's autonomous territory.
Sir Keir’s official spokesman said: “The meeting will focus on areas of cooperation and shared global challenges including support for Ukraine, tech and AI, growth and tackling illegal migration.”
The meeting comes ahead of Mr Trump’s inauguration, and there have been concerns about what his return to the White House could mean for US support for Ukraine.

Our deepstate is a criminal enterprise run by elitists some of whom are looking at incarceration with the ascendancy of Trump. As their attempted assassination of Trump In Pennsylvania shows us NOTHING is off the table. The deepstate bureaucracy that is Europe may be only slightly less desperate to be rid of Trump. I’d be surprised if these two deepstates haven’t already put their heads together on how to proceed. If they make their strike at the king big enough it can take out the VP well as precipitate a handy “preventative” lockdown or Martial law. Just spitballing here. They are far far far more desperate than many realize.
I think you correct. Some many criminal acts are sure to be uncovered, and following from lead to lead will end up revealing things the criminal enterprise elite do not want revealed.

Excellent recall. The British elite have been deep into trying to topple and incarcerate President Trump. In addition to the geopolitical side, I fully expect that the whole abuse of children by homosexuals in the corrupt "upper crust" -- here and there -- might be uncovered but by bit. They are afraid and angry....
