What choice does she have? Can she decline?
The uniparty traitors sure have tried to rile up MAGA to create a reason to subvert this certification, fortunately they think we are stupid.

Can she shrink off into obscurity?
You can do it, Kammy! This will be your Closing Act as a top tier politician. Find your best oversized pantsuit, some sensible shoes, one quick nip of Johnny Walker Red, then summon your limo. Oh, and No Ad Libbing, which equals Word Salad.

My guess is that it will be more in the other direction.
IIRC whether she certifies or not is irrelevant now. It’s just ceremonial at this point in time. If she made a big show and refused in practical terms it would mean nothing. I think the dims passed something in the wake of the last go round to this effect.
And a loss of confidence by the American voter.
“Certify” in this instance will mean what a democrat wants it to mean. That’s the way they roll.

She certainly didn’t write one word of that. And she’s lying still. She doesn’t believe in a word of it.
