The Guatemalan migrant accused of setting a sleeping F train passenger on fire and then watching as she burned to death sneaked into the country illegally after being deported — and then stayed in the New York City shelter system, multiple sources confirm to The Post.
He first entered the US at the Arizona border in 2018, when he was nabbed and deported just days later for crossing illegally, multiple sources told The Post.
He then re-entered the US at a subsequent unknown date, sneaking past US authorities. It’s unknown how long he has been in New York. However, law enforcement sources said he stayed in multiple taxpayer-funded migrant shelters in the city.
When he was issued a transit ticket in 2023, he gave an address of a shelter on Randall’s Island, the sources said.
The suspect does not appear to have any other previous criminal history, sources said.

There needs to be an especially harsh penalty for those illegally in the US after they’ve been deported once before....something like 5 years of hard labor followed by a 2nd deportation.
All of Central America should get together and build a big prison for these scum. They should pay for it. They can’t continue to get away with flushing their toilet.

It is long past the time that the border be militarized with land mines and declaring it a free fire zone.
They know exactly when he re-entered, and not just from a cell phone re-establishing contacts with all his other illegal alien invader cohorts.
Every single “judge” and “officer” who let him

Problem is that decades ago, it cost approx $145 per day on average to house 8nmates while they filed o e frivolous lawsuit after another, and demanded this that and the other thing too. I’m guessing that the cost today is probsbly more than double that figure- so around $300 per day per inmate.
In some prisons, the il.egal population in them is almost 70%

Also, some of our prisons have monsters like in El Salvadore too, but the prison conditions s aren’t as terrible here f9r the fiends unfortunately
