Turns out the values of Republicans voting in Colorado’s most contested congressional districts couldn’t be bought by Big Democrat dollars in the November election.
Reports show that $24 million was spent to prop up Democrat Yadira Caraveo’s failed reelection effort in the 8th District where Republican Gabe Evans defeated her.
Evans raised $2.5 million, while another $13 million was spent by outside groups to support him.
The Denver Post says it was one of the top 10 most expensive races in the country.
The race was also pivotal in giving Republicans a majority vote in the House of Representatives.
In the 3rd District, Democrat Adam Frisch bankrolled $18 million for that race while Jeff Hurd only needed a fraction of that, counting on the $2.7 million he raised to win.
And all the while, Democrats were whining that Republicans were the ones throwing massive amounts of money at Colorado elections.
Just a reminder, Democrats are now the party of big money and Republicans are the party of the working class.
Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
The Yadira Caraveo commercials were relentless. I hope that dork sheriff on them never lives it down.
Colorado-3rd. Isn’t that the one Bobert almost lost last time around?
And "the hated trollop" Lauren Boebert won the 4th going away.
Nominee Lauren Boebert Trisha Calvarese Party Republican Democratic Popular vote 240,211 188,248 Percentage 53.6% 42.0%
Yes, and it was too close again.
The one that the ColoCommies almost stole in 2022 after "Dirty Jena" removed Gold Star mom Tina Peters for interfering in Griswold's "election"-rigging, later jailing Peters with the assistance of a Dirty Dem "judge".
Mesa County had some interesting numbers for that cycle.
Colorado elections are as bad as Arizona it just doesn’t get as much national attention.
I think people are aware it is a leftist dystopia more so than Arizona however.
What is the status, if any, of her appeal?
I'm going to look into this stooge-"judge" Matthew Barrett.
If the Colorado Gaslight Media is fawning over him, you know that he's a partisan POS.
???
bio
stooge Barrett is a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. At DU, he received the Scholastic Excellence Award in an advanced class for Torts. After graduation, he practiced as a Deputy District Attorney in the 14th and 9th Judicial Districts. He was named the Prosecutor of the Year for the 9th Judicial District in 2011. In 2017, he was named a Chief Deputy District Attorney. Matthew also worked for approximately two years as a commercial litigator in Denver with Silver & DeBoskey, P.C. (now known as S&D Law). Matthew was previously the Vice President of the Northwest Colorado Bar Association and mentored a "little brother" through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado from 2012 to 2018.
I smell the stench of Denver on this one.
9th judicial district - Garfield County/Pitkin County/Rio Blanco County
14th judicial district - Grand County/Moffat County/Routt County
Apparently registered as an Assistant Democrat [RINOpublican], for cover for the Colorado Uniparty.
Frish came close but finally conceded.
Seems he committed several reversable errors in Tinas case. All you need is lots of $.
**Yes, and it was too close again.**
Wait a minute. Colorado-3.
It was 51%-46 with the other 2.7% going to the libertarian who should concentrate on getting laid rather than wasting his time.
I say 5% is convincing.
Ok better than I thought
You’re ok. Keep thinking.
The ads for Boebert’s opponent, Trisha Calvarese, were relentless.
Given that the 4th district is essentially all high plains east of the Rockies with none of the Front Range metro (save for a gap between Denver and the Springs), it’s also no surprise that none of Trisha’s ads mentioned her Democrat affiliation.
