People in the Philadelphia area are reporting seeing large drones in the sky. This, as authorities in New Jersey push for answers on their own mystery drone sightings over the past few weeks.
Action News was swarmed by viewers sending videos of drone sightings.
Numerous reports were sent to Action News about flying objects in Media and Broomall in Delaware County, as well as in Philadelphia's Mayfair section and in Cherry Hill, Camden County.
New Jersey State Police were surveying the drones in Lebanon, Hunterdon County on Saturday night.

Anybody been to Grovers Mill, NJ lately...?
These things are a hazard to aviation. Wait until one hits a cessna....
There’s no conclusive evidence so far, but it appears that there are drones flying in Philly and New Jersey simultaneously. In other words, we now have more drones.
The drones bought on Black Friday are being flown.
When is drone season and what is the bag limit in NJ?
Yep.
Just the other day, there was an incident in NJ wherein a civilian emergency medevac helicopter was prevented from its duty due to drone activity.
This situation presents several good arguments against the theory that these are military testing drones.
This is either a secret DOD project or someone needs to down one and see what it is.
Reminds me of living in SoCal in the 80’s when stealth planes were being developed.
If that’s the case, the owners are loaded. The drones in question are the size of small cars. This is either a foreign power mapping the area or some clandestine government agency coloring outside the lines. The Fibbies are supposedly investigating, but it would be completely unsurprising for them (or parent agency DHS) to be running the drones to begin with.
I saw one Friday night in the Rt 206 70 circle area. About the size of a riding mower moving slow and low about 100 feet up. Looked too big to be a private hobbiest drone.
You know your a redneck when you describe an object to be “about the size of a riding mower”.
If these were DOD drones, the interference with civilian emergency medevac operations (see post #9 above) would suggest a severe lack of coordination or an unacceptable risk to public safety. Military operations typically involve strict protocols to avoid such conflicts, especially over civilian areas.
Stealth PLAN subs off the coast of NJ are lauching the drones at night then recovering them in the AM.
Rooster, I am starting to believe that this great influx of drone sightings is to downplay the serious UAP’s that have been sighted. With all this drone activity, we are hearing very little about the hi tech activity.
Could we please have a government that tells us truthfully what they know these are or not and we can trust and believe their answers? Drones the size of cars or SUVs and lighted are not bought and flown by amateur hobbyists at Walmart. Sibce they could have been shot down fir examination and haven’t been, ergo the Govt. Knows what and whose they are, no,? Can we know too or is it too big a national secret or joke?
Dronegate bump
Are these things ever seen during daylight hours?
