This has been happening for years and years. Because of language barriers, and fear of law enforcement, illegals are taken advantage of by peer gangs. I have seen gangs set up checkpoints in grocery store parking lots and charge a toll to let them go in and shop.
Is it in Chester County, or the city of Chester, which is in Delaware County?

This is not cheter county, Penn. this is Chester, PA in Delaware county, PA about 2 miles from where i sit. It is disgusting that our government not only targets moms who attend school board meetings, but is the large human trafficking system in the world.

Wong. This is a byproduct of modern day slavery. Employers hire at slave wages and every sheriff and LEO should n the country just turns a blind eye. There are children in San Diego where a large contingent of retired “military” just sit back and watch.

He’s a Venezuelan national, of Venezuela, not of Chester Pennsylvania. He may live in Chester Pennsylvania but he is not of Chester Pennsylvania. I am of the city I live in because I own a house there. I think you should have some vested interest in a place before you get to be of that place.

My Nephew is one city over, West Chester. He is a native Califonian but took a job with Chase in Delaware. Likes it there, relatively conservative area of PA. He will be pleaded this got shut down, less so it manifested there.
