Piecemeal decisions at lower courts have created a shifting legal landscape across the nation, advocates say
A federal court’s decision last week to allow a biological male at San Jose State University to compete in a women’s collegiate volleyball tournament added yet another layer to the growing patchwork of legal rulings surrounding transgender athletes. That case is still working its way through lower courts, but the decision has led opponents to renew their pleas for a Supreme Court ruling on the issue.
Women need the courts? Isn’t their vote good enough? If the abortion issue makes them fight they can fight for themselves on this issue? They brought it on themselves.

Play against other men. Or are you too weak? I’m an almost 60 year old man. Bet I could kick your butt at any sport of your choosing. 40 years of martial arts, football, taught baseball, etc. Bring it on. Or do you just like beating up on women you wimp?
To add: I have known and know female athletes. They work as hard and often harder than their male counterparts.
But biology matters: muscle strength, bone density, O2 uptake, etc.
Women who work that hard should have the chance to play against other women who work that hard. That’s called sports.
Some wimp ### guy who cannot play against men pretending to be a woman so he can win is just pathetic. And revolting.

I don’t see where there is any legal issue for the courts to address. Play your sports any way you like, it nothing to the law.

It’s gonna take all women atheletes across the board to ban together and finally say: “enough is enough” and agree to not compete against these mental cases until they’re not allowed to compete against real women. Tough to do. IF the tans wanna compete agains the trans...fine, have at it., but leave women sports out of the picture.
Blame the NCAA. They allow this and give DEI a new meaning when it comes to sex ID as in XX and XY.

Transvestites in women’s sports is akin to taking a 70s muscle car, painting it pink with frilly upholstry and a funny little horn, yet it still has the hemi and heavy duty powertrain and running it against karmann ghias and mini-Coopers.
The majority of women want to be able to be firemen, police officers, and soldiers. They want their share of generals, admirals, CEO’s, engineers, programmers, etcetera. If unfairness is mandated in workplace hiring, it should be mandated in all sports. Drop women sports and half of each team sports should be women, and they should receive half the playing time. If it is done for the workplace, it should be done in sports as well as other areas such as college scholarships.
Nowadays SOME men are men and SOME women are women. Thank the nitwit LIBs/Lefties.
