Winning. Starting January 20th, let’s start investigating and prosecuting the real existential threats to democracy.

“Lowpoint” is putting it mildly. It's the kind of thing that the Stasi did and the North Koreans still do.

Without prejudice, meaning it can resurface in the future?

The prosecution in these cases committed numerous acts of perjury to get the cases moving against Trump. These should be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

Yes, assuming the statute of limitations hasn’t run.

Lets start yesterday.
The prez wandered off into the Brazilian jungle and the VP is MIA. Last week, Biden was toddling and stumbling across the beach and neither Jill or his Secret Service offered a steadying hand. It was obvious they were hoping for a faceplant or worse. Still, it is the same deep state running things... into the ground and poking the bear.

They don’t need no stinkin’ limitations. They don’t need no evidence. They do what they please, when they please.

“Lowpoint” is putting it mildly. It's the kind of thing that the Stasi did and the North Koreans still do. You're right - - democrats were going full blown totalitarian. We dodged that bullet - thank God.

I would have loved it if the judge refuses the dismissal.

Chutkan noted in her swift decision that “when a prosecutor moves to dismiss an indictment without prejudice, ‘there is a strong presumption in favor’ of that course.”

Were these cases dismissed with prejudice? No. That just gives President Trump the motive to issue himself a pardon on his way out in 2028. I'm guessing the Brandon legal team is drafting a pardon right now, so President Trump will have a model pardon and also a precedent. By 2028, Brandon's self-pardon will likely be court-tested. The Democrats' howls of protest against Trump's pardon will look totally hypocritical, not that ever stopped them.

I need to not write responses when distracted and then more carefully proofread before I hit post.
The last phrase of my previous post should have read: "not that the appearance of hypocrisy ever stopped them."
